Returns & Refunds policy

We truly hope you’re delighted with your order. However, if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund. Please see the details of our return policy below for further information.


Conditions for returns:

In order for the item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You email us at info@thisiswhyiloveyou.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • You package the item securely and include the RMA and proof of purchase

  • The return is postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • The item is in new and unused condition

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and begin processing your refund. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your item for the return to be completed. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions:

  • Any items that have been damaged or used

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
